England 1-0 Iceland
UEFA European U19 Championship Second Qualification Round
6pm (local time), Tuesday 29 April 2008
Honsfeld SV, Bullingen
England struck late on to make it a perfect week in Belgium, securing maximum points along with scoring 12 goals without reply on their way to three wins.
Mo Marley's side have qualified again for the European Women's U19 Championship, after reaching the final last year where they lost out to Germany in extra-time.
France is the venue for the finals this summer, and it was Leeds United's Sophie Walton who clinched victory in the final game of the second qualifying round.
England showed their strength in depth as regulars like Ellen White and Sophie Bradley started on the bench, but it made no difference to the result. Having beaten Poland 7-0, Belgium 4-0, it completes a fine week for Mo Marley's squad.
