Interest in the Three Lions is as high as ever with TV viewing figures peaking at 10.7m on Wednesday night.
The fans flocked in front of BBC1 to watch Michael Owen score twice before half-time. Rio Ferdinand then netted a late third as England coasted to victory.
England's next game is at home to Estonia on Saturday 13 October.
