The hearing into events following England U21s' match in Serbia has been delayed

UEFA have postponed their hearing into the events following England Under-21s Euro 2013 play-off match in Serbia last month to allow for "further investigations".

England won the game in Krusevac thanks to Connor Wickham's injury time goal and also booked their place at next summer's Finals in Israel.

However, scenes at full-time resulted in the Serbian FA being charged with racist chanting, while both associations received charges for failing to control their players.

In a statement on Thursday, UEFA said: "The control and disciplinary body decided to postpone the U21 Serbia-England disciplinary case until its next meeting scheduled on Thursday 13 December 2012 to allow for further investigations."
