Jack Butland shows why he became England's youngest ever 'keeper earlier this year
Jack Butland became England’s youngest ever goalkeeper this year.
The Birmingham stopper made his senior team bow against Italy in August aged just 19 years 158 days.
Two months later he was included in Stuart Pearce’s Under-21 squad for a two-legged Euro 2013 play-off against Serbia.
Butland kept a clean sheet in both matches and it looked as though he was refusing to be beaten in training, too.
