The Young Lions will open the UEFA European U19 Championships in front of a live TV audience.

England U19s will be kicking-off the UEFA European U19 Championships in July in front of a live television audience for the competition's opening game.

Brian Eastick's team will face the hosts Czech Republic in Jablonec on Monday 14 July, the first game of the tournament and it will be shown on Eurosport.

Following that, the Young Lions will face Italy on Thursday 17 July, again in Jablonec before they finish the first round group stage against Greece in Liberec on Sunday 20 July.

Group A consists of Spain, Germany, Hungary and Bulgaria.

The top two teams from both groups will then progress to the semi-finals, which take place on Wednesday 23 July.

The winners will be decided in the final, which takes place in Jablonec on Saturday 26 July.
