England's U17s lifted the Nordic Tournament trophy on Sunday after a nail-biting extra-time victory over Scotland in the Final.
Despite defeat for the U19s in their European Championship Final earlier in the day, Kenny Swain's Young Lions ensured that some silverware would be returning home, the second England team to win a cup in the last week.
But it was certainly not plain-sailing for England, who had to comeback from a 2-0 half-time deficit to beat the Scots in the extra period with the winning goal coming from Everton's Jake Bidwell.
In the opening stages Scotland looked well organised, defending deep and playing on the counter attack. England had the majority of possession and created several changes which failed to trouble the Scottish keeper.
But it was the Scots who opened the scoring, against the run of play, with a terrific strike from Fraiser Fyvie from the edge of the 18 yard box and Jamie Walker capitalised on poor defending to double the lead just before half-time.
England threatened throughout the second period, but hit the woodwork on more than one occasion. West Ham striker Rob Hall finally breathed life into England's chances with four minutes to go to make it 2-1.
And, as the referee was readying himself to bring the game to an end, a fantastic through ball from Jordon Cousins put pressure on the Scotish defence and opened up a chance for Middlesbrough's Ben Gibson, on as a substitutue, to shoot on the turn and equalise.
And when Bidwell scored the winner with five minutes to go, it sent England into delight capping off a fine tournament for the Young Lions.
