The England squad for the European Futsal Championship Preliminary Round has been named.

England get their qualifying campaign for the UEFA Futsal Championship underway later this month, when they travel to Ireland for the Preliminary Round of games.

Pete Sturgess takes his squad to Dublin for the games against Kazakhstan, Republic of Ireland and Cyprus which are to be staged at the National Basketball Arena in Tymon Park.

The Preliminary Round involves four different groups, of which the winners and the two best runners-up will progress to the Qualifying Round, so Sturgess will be hoping his side can continue the progress they have shown in recent months.

Sturgess has named a 12-man squad for the games, which begin on Thursday 19 February (6pm) against Kazakhstan and then see the Lions take on Ireland the following day (8pm) before playing Cyprus on Sunday 22 February (4pm).
