England's Partially Sighted Development Team enjoyed success over Ireland
The England Partially Sighted Development Team, for players aged between 14 and 19, played the Ireland PS Development team over the weekend of 26 and 27 May 26 at The National College for the Blind in Hereford.
The team, which plays a form of Futsal and meets up four times a year, has been in operation for around a year and a half. Since its inception three players have graduated to the senior side.
The two games against Ireland brought the season and were comprehensively won by England. But more than this, it provided a further learning experience for our young players.
More information on the England Partially Sighted Teams will be available here next season, and we'll also be following the Senior Team at the European Championship in Turkey next month.
