An FA Representative XI represented by the England C side laboured to a 1-0 victory in a hot Edinburgh this afternoon.

England C manager Paul Fairclough used the fixture as a warm-up for their opening International Challenge Trophy qualifier on Wednesday
against the Republic of Ireland in Waterford and it took a goal two minutes from time from Max Porter to settle the game.
