Mo Marley's England U19s will have to overcome the side that stood in their way of glory last summer, with Germany their opponents in Group B.
England lost out to Germany after extra-time in the final at last summer's Championship, and the two sides will reunite in France next month with Sweden and Scotland completing Group B.
France, Spain, Italy and Norway make up a formidable quartet in Group A, with the top two sides from each group going forward to the semi-finals before the final which will be played on 19 July.
