International Under-21 Friendly
7.30pm, Thursday 15 May 2008
The Racecourse Ground, Wrexham FC

Five players have been forced to withdraw from England Under-21s' friendly against Wales on Thursday.

It's a mixture of club duty and injury as Coach Stuart Pearce has called upon Tom Huddlestone to bolster the squad for the last game of the season at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground.

Striker Fraizer Campbell has play-off concerns with Hull City, while keeper Tom Heaton has a trip to Moscow with Manchester United to think about.

Elsewhere defenders Danny Fox and Matt Connolly and midfielder Mark Noble are all injured.

That means Tottenham midfielder Huddlestone, who on Sunday received his first call-up to Fabio Capello's senior squad, comes in for the trip to north Wales.
