England Under-21s will play their first game of the new season against Moldova in a European Championship qualifier at Ipswich Town's Portman Road on Tuesday 15 August.
Kick-off is at 8pm with live coverage on Sky Sports. Tickets are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions and can be purchased from the ticket hotline on 0870 111 0555.
England will then play Switzerland away on Wednesday 6 September, venue to be confirmed. Winning the three-team group will mean progressing to a two-leg play-off in October against one of the other 13 group winners.
The eight-nation European Championship finals take place in June 2007 in the Netherlands.
England have played Moldova twice previously at Under-21 level, both in UEFA qualification matches, winning 2-0 in Chisinau in 1996 and 1-0 in Wycombe the following year.
Ipswich hosted their first senior international on 20 August 2003, when 28,700 saw England beat Croatia 3-1.
They have had four U21 internationals - v Switzerland (1980), Romania (1985), Albania (1989) and Czech Republic (1998).
An U19 international with Germany, played at Portman Road on 14 February 2002, drew a record crowd for a home match at that level - 22,000.
