Throughout the month of June players in England are given a break away from the game and only international, small-side, armed forces and scout matches are permitted.

Without any football for a whole month,
TheFA.com is here to help you through every day in June with our guide, Close Season Encounters, pointing you in the direction of your daily dose of the Beautiful Game...

It needn't be hell, there's a game in Hull

After yesterday's visit to Australia or Germany for a game, there is more football action much closer to home today as England Under-21s take on Serbia and Montenegro at Hull's new Kinston Communications Stadium.

Though the match, preparation for next week's Euro Qualifier when David Platt's men face Slovakia, is a sell-out, it is live on Sky Sports with an 8pm kick off.

But that's not all, you also have the chance to re-live last month's FA Cup Final in Cardiff.

Today, The FA launches the Official FA Cup Final video, offering fans the full-match where you can see every kick, shot and tackle from Arsenal's 1-0 win over Southampton in the first Final ever played 'indoors'.

Tomorrow we've got even more England action for you...
