Seven members of the England U19 squad were put through their paces in training on Tuesday morning, as preparations for Thursday's Group B game against Italy began.
The players who weren't named in the starting line-up for Monday's opener against the Czech Republic were joined by England Under-21 Head Coach Stuart Pearce at Nová Ves for a sharp work out whilst the other players had a pool recovery in Liberec.
So Jason Steele, Joe Mattock, Ben Mee, Jamie Chandler, Tope Obadeyi, Fabian Delph and Victor Moses had a special routine devised to keep them physically ready for the next game.
Pearce will be with the squad alongside The FA's Director Of Football Development for the three group games, after arriving in the Czech Republic on Monday afternoon whilst Fabio Capello's assistant Franco Baldini was also in Jablonec for Monday's game and will be present again for the match with Italy.
