England Under-18 coach Brian Eastick has named four newcomers in his 17 man squad for the clash with Slovenia at Bournemouth on Bank Holiday Monday.
Luke Daniels, Dave Dowson, Rossi Jarvis and Jennison Williams will get the chance to sample life with the Three Lions for the first time when England travel to the plush Fitness First Stadium.
"There will be a number experiencing international football for the first time," said Eastick.
"It gives players who have done well with their club the chance to show what they can do. The selection process is always evolving."
With The FA Youth Cup Final, which is a two legged affair, being played either side of the game with Slovenia, Eastick has agreed with Manchester City and Liverpool not to select their players. As a result, Eastick has called up four new faces.
Daniels, a goalkeeper with West Brom, is an excellent shot stopper and made a string of fine saves in the Baggies' last FA Premier Academy League fixture against Crewe.
Sunderland striker Dowson is called into the squad after scoring goals at both Reserve and Academy level.
Jarvis, the Norwich City defender and brother of Under-19 international Ryan, has been with the Canaries since he was eight years old and has made five first-team appearance this season, starting with the FA Cup tie with West Ham.
The last of the four new inclusions, Williams, earned his first call-up after scoring three goals in seven starts for Bristol City Reserves and nine in 17 for the Academy side.
A number of experienced youth internationals are also included, including Arsenal midfielder Fabrice Muamba (pictured), who has made two appearances for Arsenal in the Carling Cup this season.
"We are not expecting an easy game." Eastick added. "Games against teams from Eastern Europe are never easy. They produce good players. Lots of clubs in this country look to Eastern Europe to unearth talent."
The England coach is also looking forward to the trip down to Bournemouth and a run-out in the Cherries' new stadium. He is also hoping for a bumper Bank Holiday crowd.
"It's smashing to be going down to Bournemouth - it is a very tidy stadium. We are grateful to them for putting the fixture on.
"People have been coming out to see the development teams recently. That's great for the players. In a smallish stadium with a good crowd, it creates a really good atmosphere," he added. England squad to face Slovenia:
