England have been placed in Group B of the eight-team tournament alongside Cameroon, Portugal and Japan and will face those three sides as well as a fourth play-off game which will decide where England finish.

Since taking up his post at the end of August, Swain has enjoyed a positive start to his tenure with a successful campaign in the Victory Shield which saw the Three Lions win two and draw one of their games.

Southampton's Jake Thomson, who scored three goals in three matches in the Victory Shield, is named in the squad again as is Middlesbrough defender Joshua Walker (above), who captained the side during that tournament.

There are three players from Manchester United - Febian Brandy, who played in all three Victory Shield matches, Michael Nardiello and goalkeeper Ben Amos, who has one cap to his name.

England open their campaign on the 26 March against Japan in St.Georges before they take on Portugal (24 March), always strong in youth team football, and Cameroon (26 March).
