Can I bring a camera into Wembley Stadium?
Ground regulations state that professional photographic and recording equipment are not permitted. However, Wembley National Stadiums Limited (WNSL) clarified that personal use cameras will not be confiscated. Small digital cameras are allowed but turnstile staff retain the right to remove items if they deem it necessary.

Can I bring my baby with me and let them sit on my lap?
No. Everyone who enters the venue will need an individual ticket.

Are crutches or walking sticks allowed in the Stadium?
Crutches and walking sticks are allowed in to the stadium if they are used as mobility aides.

Parking and Transport
Wembley Stadium is a public transport destination and supporters are asked to leave their vehicles at home. Travel details can be found here

If you are a Blue Badge holder and wish to use the disabled car parking facilities, you will need to pre book a space by contacting CSParking

Can I sell on my ticket?
No, as this is considered touting. Ticket touting is illegal and prevents many true football supporters from attending matches.

The FA is aware that some tickets are offered on various internet auction sites and our legal team investigate these cases. Any assistance from members of the public in reporting these auctions is appreciated. Tickets that are on offer via these sites are cancelled and the person will not gain entry to the match.

I’ve purchased a ticket for a junior in the family enclosure but they can no longer go, can I give it to an adult?
No. You will need to inform us that they are unable to attend by e-mailing Ticketing@TheFA.com 

How do I change my delivery/billing address?

If the billing address has changed or is incorrect, this will not affect the booking. If we have any queries regarding this, we will be in touch. As long as the delivery address is correct, tickets will be dispatched accordingly.

When do the tickets get delivered?
Tickets are not usually dispatched until about two weeks before the game. Should you not receive your tickets at least two working days before the match you will need to contact Ticketmaster on 0870 153 5353. They will then assist with your tickets if you have not received them.

Where is the family enclosure situated?
The family enclosure is located in the North East corner and there are family areas within each of blocks 105 - 111. A junior discount is only available in this area of the Stadium.

Where do the away fans sit at Wembley?
This area can change depending on the allocation given to the visiting Association, but the section offered to the away supporters is located in the East stand. If you have tickets for the away end, please click here for travel details.

Is there a singing section at Wembley?
Yes. Following feedback from the englandfans supporters on the fans forum, we have nominated a 'home end' for England matches. Fans who wish to sit within this area must select 'West - Level One - England Home End' when purchasing seats using the ticketing website.

*Please note that as englandfans members are given priority access to tickets, the singing section may not be available in the general public ballot.

It’s my son/daughters birthday can I get a message on the big screen?
Due to the enormous amount of requests we receive for each game we are unable to make announcements on the screen, tannoy or in the match day programme.
