Desktop Sven - Terms of use

"Desktop Sven" ("the Software") is provided to the user (“you“ or “your”) of the Software by Turtlez Limited ("Turtlez") and not by The FA.com. The Software is provided by Turtlez to you on an 'as is' basis. Your downloading, installation and use of the software is subject to additional terms in the form of the "Turtlez Licence Agreement" which will be presented to you during installation. The FA.com shall not be liable to you for any losses or damages arising from your downloading, installation and/or use of the Software. Any claims you have in respect of the Software must be made against Turtlez and you agree not to involve The FA.com in any dispute with Turtlez in connection with the Software or otherwise.

We have taken all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy, truth or reliability, of any content supplied by us through the Software, but we do not warrant that this is the case.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the graphical image of the Software. You may not copy, or use the Software (including the graphical image of the Software) for any purposes other than as expressly permitted in the Turtlez Licence Agreement. You must not remove or obscure logos, names or other proprietary or intellectual property marks showing ownership by us, Turtlez or any third party.
