England began their preparations for Wednesday's game with the Czech Republic on Monday morning with their first training session since linking up on Sunday.
The players were put through their paces with a light jog to warm up, some stretching and further runs whilst goalkeepers Joe Hart and Paul Robinson went through their own separate routine.
Manager Fabio Capello then kept a watchful eye on the players as they incorporated some work with the ball which saw passing moves ending with crosses or shots at goal against a defensive line-up of players.
The likes of David Beckham, Emile Heskey, Theo Walcott and Steven Gerrard all practice their shooting from distance.
After the session ends, the players took time out to sign autographs for younger fans, whilst Capello had a chat with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, whose team were training on an adjacent pitch at the same time.
