King looking forward

Ledley King is hoping to put the past few months behind him after a series of injury problems that blighted what could have been a memorable summer for him with club and country.
King, back in action after five months out with foot and knee injuries and back in possesion of the armband for Martin Jol's side, is eager to make up for lost time.
King admits he reached the lowest point of his career when a broken metatarsal meant he missed out on helping Spurs reach the Champions League as well as a place in England's World Cup final squad last summer.
That disappointment was further compounded by knee surgery which prevented him from playing in the club's opening three games of the new Barclays Premiership campaign.
"It's probably been the toughest part of my footballing career so far,'' he conceded.
"Missing the end of the season for Tottenham was tough. Being captain and not being able to be out there to help the boys for the last push was tough to take.
"Then missing out on the World Cup was another big blow. But I've always been strong in my head.
``I was looking forward to the start of the season when I picked up another injury.
``That was probably the lowest of the lows. I managed to bounce back pretty quick from the operation - and now I'm just happy to be back.''
