Wayne Rooney tussles with former Manchester United striker Diego Forlan for the ball.
Rooney hails subs

Wayne Rooney has paid tribute to England’s substitutes after they proved match-winners against Uruguay.
Rooney was taken off at Anfield in the second half but saw super-sub Peter Crouch head England’s equaliser and Shaun Wright-Phillips set up Joe Cole’s winner.
Rooney said: "It was a tough game, they put a lot of bodies behind the ball and made it difficult for us. When we went a goal behind we had a job on our hands, but the players who came on did well for us and we got the two goals.
"That’s the good thing about this squad, we all play to the end. We know football is 90 minutes and you have to try and score whether it’s the first minute or the last minute, so credit to the players who did that.
"It was a great moment for Peter Crouch, he deserved his first goal for England. And it was great to see all the substitutes do well. It shows the strength in depth. Whoever comes in can do a job for us."
Rooney believes morale is now at an all-time high after England scored last-gasp winners against Argentina and Uruguay in consecutive games.
He said: "Morale has always been high in this squad but hopefully it’s getting better and better. Hopefully by the time the World Cup comes along we’ll be at our best."
Rooney is having quite a week, having won his first ever medal when he scored twice in the Carling Cup Final against Wigan last Sunday. Now he is looking for a dramatic end to the season.
"We want a good end to the season now at Man United and then hopefully I'll stay fit and do well in the World Cup."
