We take a look at the three teams that England will be facing in Germany next summer in Group B.

 Paraguay

Finished fourth in the South American qualification zone, six points behind Brazil and Argentina. Paraguay have qualified for six previous World Cup Finals, but have never been past the last 16.

They fell at that stage 1-0 in the two previous tournaments to teams who went on to reach the final - champions France in 1998 and Germany in 2002.

Star striker Roque Santa Cruz is a major injury doubt after suffering knee ligament damage, while one of the few other recognisable names in the squad, Diego Gavilan, is best known for a miserable spell at Newcastle.

Midfielders Julio Dos Santos and Edgar Barreto were part of the Olympic squad which claimed a silver medal in Athens in 2004.

 Sweden

Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be the main threat for Sweden after he smashed eight goals in the qualifying campaign. He was ably assisted by Henrik Larsson, who has been in superb form since coming out of international retirement in 2004, and Arsenal wide-man Fredrik Ljungberg.

They were the main reason the Swedes qualified for Germany as one of the best runners-up behind Croatia in their group with eight wins out of 10.

Sweden will have no fears in the tournament proper having topped the so-called World Cup Group of Death four years ago that included England, Argentina and Nigeria.

Coach Lars Lagerback is now in sole charge after previous joint-manager Tommy Soderberg left to take over the Under-21 side.

 Trinidad and Tobago

There was a national holiday in Trinidad and Tobago the day after the Soca Warriors qualfied for the World Cup with a play-off win over Bahrain.

It will be the Caribbean side's first trip to the big tournament and marks a massive turnaround after they finished bottom of their qualifying group four years ago.

Manager Leo Beenhakker has a wealth of experience after spells in charge of Ajax, Real Madrid and the Dutch national team. Key players will be Dwight Yorke and Russell Latapy, but they also feature Port Vale's Chris Birchall and Wrexham's Dennis Lawrence.

Trinidad had to play the most qualifying games of any team at the World Cup - 20 games in total to book their place in Germany.
