Germany ticket update
Monday, 10 October 2005.
The FA has pledged to get as many tickets as possible for England supporters for next year's World Cup Finals.
An allocation of 8 per cent of the stadium capacity will be given to The FA for each of England's matches in Germany.
The exact number of tickets, together with prices and venues, will be known when the Finals draw is made in Leipzig on 9 December.
The FA has already written to FIFA and the Local Organising Committee to confirm that we will be interested in obtaining any additional tickets for our matches should they become available.
Tickets allocated to England supporters will only be sold to members of englandfans+.
Membership was capped at 25,000 to ensure that members have a realistic chance of getting tickets. This limit has been reached and no new applications will be accepted for the World Cup.
The only alternative official route for tickets is through the dedicated FIFA website www.fifaworldcup.com. Supporters are advised to check this site for updates.
The FA is strongly advising supporters not to buy tickets from any unofficial sources.
