Quite possibly England's most naturally gifted goalscorer of all time, Jimmy Greaves had a wonderful goalscoring record playing for any side.

He scored against Peru on his debut and went on to score 44 goals in 57 games, including six hat-tricks.

At the height of his goalscoring prowess he was unfortunate to puick up an injury during the 1966 World Cup, which allowed Geoff Hurst to take his place in the side.
