Of the 22 players, everyone trained though David Beckham and Steven Gerrard left the session early.

For Gerrard this was merely a precautionary measure. Before the match against Austria he had suffered from a groin problem but this has now fully healed and we can confirm he has no injury.

Beckham took a knock during the Austria game which was very sore today but he has had a scan on his rib which is clear. He will continue to be assessed.

The England squad fly to Katowice this afternoon where they will check in to their hotel before starting to prepare for the match against Poland on Wednesday.
