Wales manager Mark Hughes has named a 27-man squad to take on England at Old Trafford on 09 October.
Manchester United winger Ryan Giggs makes a welcome return to the Wales squad after he missed Wales two opening World Cup qualifiers against Azerbaijan and Northern Ireland through suspension.
Gareth Taylor of Nottingham Forest is preferred to Nathan Blake amongst the forwards whilst Rob Edwards misses out through injury.
Birmingham midfielder Robbie Savage is in the squad but will only be available for Wales' match against Poland on 13 October having been sent-off in the 2-2 draw with Northern Ireland earlier this month.
Wales boss Mark Hughes is overseeing his last two matches in charge before stepping down to manage Blackburn full-time.
