Watch the shooting competition as the shirts beat the bibs with some special strikes from Carra and SWP.


Following England's 2-1 win over Poland, in which Frank Lampard won the game with a stunning volley, we thought we'd give you another chance to see the team in action on the training field where they were practising the technique.

After the long-range shooting exercise we showed you on Monday, in which Steve McClaren's 'shirts' beat Sammy Lee's 'bibs' over two legs, it was a chance for revenge in the volley challenge.

Some magnificent shooting and goalkeeping are on show, but it was a Wayne Rooney inspired bibs who took the honours.

Look out for two fantastic efforts from the Manchester United man the second awesome strike wins it for his team.

The team then winds down with some penalty practice.
