Luis Boa Morte of Fulham and Portugal.

There is one Premier League star that England coach Tord Grip hopes will not find his best form tonight: Luis Boa Morte.
Fulham’s flying Portuguese winger has been in excellent form for the Londoners this season, adding a consistency to the undoubted talent that he has always had.
He may not enjoy the kind of world acclaim to which his countrymen Luis Figo and Rui Costa have become accustomed, but Boa Morte has become an real threat in the Premier League, a fact not lost on Grip.
"Boa Morte is a good player," says Grip, with a conviction that implies a healthy respect exists for the former Arsenal and Southampton winger.
"I remember the game that we played against Portugal at Villa Park two years ago. Boa Morte came on as a substitute and he changed that game.
"He is a real threat to any defence because he is so strong and fast. With him and Ronaldo, Portugal have two wingers who can really make an impact. They are both quick and skilful and like to beat people, which is what it is all about really."
Tord is also looking forward to saying hello to Fernando Couto. As Sven’s assistant at Lazio, Grip worked with the big centre-half and recalls him fondly.
"He is a big man and so tough on the pitch, but off the pitch he is a lovely person, a real gentleman."
With the likes of Couto and Rui Costa, the Portuguese line-up is something of an all-star cast.
"They have the players - no doubt about it," confirms Tord. "What is the key for them is to make sure that they play as a team. But Scolari will make sure they do. Brazilians have always had good team units when they are at their best. Hosts always do well in big tournaments too, so Portugal will definitely be a threat in the summer."
