General

How long does my membership last for?
The membership is for a fixed period and will expire on 30 June 2008.

What is the difference between offline and online membership?
The only difference is how we will communicate with you. If you are an offline member you will receive all information through the post. If you are an online member you will receive all information from us via email (excluding the welcome pack and magazine). If you are applying for an online membership it is vital you provide a valid email address at the point of application.

Do I receive a discount on the ticket prices for England Senior games?
Members will receive a £5 discount (£2.50 for junior members) when purchasing a ticket during the members priority sale period.

Will I receive access to tickets for any other England representative matches?
Membership to englandfans only provides priority access to England senior match tickets. Where possible we will try to advise members, via the englandfans website, of ticket sale details for other representative matches and special offers. However, this is not something which is automatically included in your membership.

England Home Games

If I am a member can I purchase tickets for England games before they go on general public release?
Yes - For England senior games members of englandfans have a priority sale ahead of the general public. The priority sale is usually 2-3 days before tickets go on general public release. For games at Wembley there will be 35,000 tickets available in the members sale.

Am I guaranteed tickets to England games if I am a member of englandfans?
Not necessarily. There is a limit on the number of tickets available in the members priority sale and it will depend on how many members we have in the club and how many wish to attend a game. Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis and anyone who is unlucky in the members sale will then need to try and purchase tickets through the general public sale.

Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase as a member?
Yes - tickets are limited to one per member. But it is possible to book in groups of up to four members.

Does my membership entitle me to tickets to England away games and tournaments?
Only members of englandfans+ (the top tier) are eligible to apply for tickets for England away games and tournaments. This level of membership is capped at 25,000 members and is already full.
