Early Wembley arrival for fans advised with Olympic procedures in place for Belgium game.
Wembley Stadium is the flagship football venue for this summer’s Olympic Games.
As such, LOCOG is testing its spectator searching and screening procedures prior to the start of the Games, beginning with the England v Belgium match on Saturday.
For this reason, fans are strongly advised to arrive earlier than usual because it may take slightly longer to get into the Stadium than normal.
Olympic security procedures are different to procedures for normal match days. This means that you and your bags may be searched at your entry turnstile to the standard required for the Olympic Football events.
