Defoe to miss Swiss date

Jermain Defoe has withdrawn from England squad with injury.
The Tottenham Hotspur striker who scored a hat-trick in England's opening Euro 2012 qualifier back in September will miss the game against Switzerland through injury.

The deadline to enter the Schools and Junior Football club group booking ballot for England v Switzerland is Friday 29 April 2011 at 5pm.
