England Manager to utilise his squad against Sweden.
Fabio Capello has given his young England players an incentive ahead of Tuesday's clash with Sweden by telling them a good performance will put them in the frame for the next game against Holland.
The England Manager is ready to experiment for Tuesday's match as he looks for the right balance for his EURO 2012 squad.
Capello has confirmed Chelsea striker Daniel Sturridge will start on the bench against Sweden but the likes of Jack Rodwell and Kyle Walker are pushing for a start following an impressive showing in the 1-0 win over Spain.
And Capello said: "Sturridge will start on the bench. I have monitored all the young players for a long time.
"I have spoken with Stuart Pearce and the England coaches about him (Sturridge). They told me he is very good. I personally check all these players and I am very happy for their performances, personality and confidence.
"It is difficult to find the players with the confidence they showed against Spain. This time, I will experiment.
"If these players improve, they will play the next game against Holland [next February] and that will be a good test. If they improve during the season, they will be ready. We have got time and we need to wait for the next part of the season.
"The young players have got talent."
Capello also reserved special praise for Scott Parker, who was instrumental in the win over the world champions.
He said: "Scott has improved and he is always in the first eleven. He is a really good player and I think now he is at a really important team like Tottenham, he is improving."
