Throat infection rules Chelsea midfielder out of Wembley encounter.
Frank Lampard will miss England's Street League International against Holland on Wednesday night with a throat infection.
The Chelsea midfielder, who scored penalties in the Three Lions' last two Euro 2012 qualifiers against Wales and Switzerland, returned to his club on Monday evening.
England Manager Fabio Capello had earlier seen fellow midfielders Michael Carrick and Jack Wilshere forced out of the game with the 2010 World Cup Finalists through injury and called upon Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley as a replacement.
