Information regarding England v Holland refunds.
It is with regret that a decision to cancel tomorrow evening’s fixture against Holland was taken.
Due to concerns regarding emergency service provision the authorities have advised us that under the terms of our safety certificate we are unable to host this fixture, or guarantee the safety of visiting supporters or the teams.
All General Admission tickets will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed directly onto the credit or debit card used for the original ticket booking.
Supporters do not need to return their tickets to The FA as refunds will be processed automatically.
All refunds are expected to be completed within the next 21 days and we thank you for your patience during this process. The FA is unable to refund by other payment methods.
For those who purchased tickets at the stadium in cash, please bring your tickets to the East Ticket Office at Wembley Stadium along with a credit or debit card. A refund will then be processed onto the designated card. Please note, cash refunds will not be given.
The ticket office will be open from 9am until 5pm on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 August. If you are unable to return your ticket to the stadium, please contact Ticketing@TheFA.com.
Club Wembley members will be communicated with separately.
