Former inside-left played against Hungary in famous match in 1953.
Jackie Sewell, the former Sheffield Wednesday inside-forward, will be a guest of The FA at Wednesday's international against Hungary.
Sewell, now 83, scored three goals in his six England appearances in the early 1950s and he was the inside-left in the famous match with Hungary at Wembley in ’53. He scored England’s opening goal with a firm shot from Stan Mortensen’s pass but the ‘Magical Magyars’ won 6-3 to inflict on England their first home defeat against Continental opposition.
