With two big games for both teams, England's Senior Team and Under-21s have been training at St. George's Park.

While Roy Hodgson's men face a 2014 World Cup qualifying double-header away from home against San Marino and Montenegro, Stuart Pearce's young Lions have two Euro 2013 preparations games on home soil against Romania in Wycombe and Austria in Brighton.

John Peacock's U17s were also busy readying themselves for their Euro elite qualifying round which starts later this week.
