Owen, Shearer, Campbell, Venables and Murs pick their England Player of the Year

The first ever FA England Awards take place at St. George's Park on Sunday and the suspense is building ahead of the Men's Senior Player of the Year announcement.

There will be eleven awards handed out on the evening, with the final one seeing a shortlist of five England stars go head-to-head for the title.

With Steven Gerrard, Joe Hart, Glen Johnson, Danny Welbeck and Ashley Cole all in contention, FATV caught up with Alan Shearer, Michael Owen, Terry Venables, Sol Campbell and Olly Murs to get their thoughts.
