Polls now closed for England men's and women's Players of 2011.

The polls for the men's and women's Vauxhall England Player of the Year 2011 awards have now closed.

Thousands of fans have made their choices, while many have also emailed us to explain why they have picked that player.

For those fans who sent us their reasons behind their votes will go into the hat for the chance to win a pair of tickets to either England's home game with Holland at Wembley on 29 February, or the England Women's game, also against Holland, in June. We'll inform the winners later this month.
