TheFA.com England Player of the Year 2010 - VOTING HAS CLOSED
TheFA.com is giving you the chance to win a signed England shirt and tickets to see the Three Lions in action at Wembley for the first time in 2011.
Fabio Capello's England played 12 times and though the World Cup ended in disappointment there were a number of stories throughout the year, now we want to find out who the star performer was in 2010 – and as always it is the fans who decide.
Capello used 44 players during 2010, but it's up to you to choose the best. 12 matches were played, the Three Lions won seven of them and scored 21 goals in the process.
Now it's decision time - who is your TheFA.com England Player of the Year? Cast your vote here and you could win tickets to England's first match of the year.
If you vote for the eventual winner, you could win a signed England shirt and two tickets to see England's first game of 2011. One lucky runner-up will also receive a pair of tickets to England's first home match of 2011.

Former winners of the award include Frank Lampard who won it in 2004 and 2005, Owen Hargreaves earned the prize for his performances in 2006, and Steven Gerrard completed a midfield clean sweep with the award in 2007. Wayne Rooney is the current holder having been voted Player of the Year for 2008 and 2009.
