Live on Setanta Sports Fabio Capello was pleased with England's "fantastic" 4-0 friendly defeat of Slovakia at Wembley on Saturday evening. A brace from man-of-the-match Wayne Rooney and one apiece from Frank Lampard and Emile Heskey means that England go in to their tricky World Cup qualifier against Ukraine on Wednesday at Wembley full of confidence.
Capello said: "I thought we did well. We had a lot of chances to score goals in the first and second half. Also Slovakia had one or two chances and David James made some fantastic saves.
"I am very happy because we played very well and it was a fantastic score. We have to move on and improve - I think and I hope that against Ukraine we will be better."
It was not all good news for Capello, however, as Heskey, Carlton Cole and Peter Crouch all hobbled off injured.
He added: "Carlton Cole will not be able to play on Wednesday. Crouch will be OK I think. And Heskey will have a scan tomorrow."
