England defender Gary Neville celebrated the Three Lions win in Macedonia on Saturday evening and encouraged the team to be confident of completing the job of Qualification to Euro 2004 in Istanbul next month.
Goals from Wayne Rooney and David Beckham handed England the three points in difficult conditions in Skopje, and another win against Liechtenstein at Old Trafford on Wednesday will send Sven's men to Turkey needing only a draw.
"I can't put into words just how important that game was on Saturday. It was a massive, massive game but we came through.
"We've gone a goal down a few times and people talk about the negatives of doing that but it's not a bad thing if you can keep coming back and winning. I've known that at my club for many years and it is a great quality to have.
"I also felt we were so professional after going 2-1 up - very German-like in the way we did that and killed off the game.
"We ran the clock down well, keeping the ball in the corner. It might not look pretty but you would probably applaud a team if they did that against us."
The 28-year old, who knows what to expect in Istanbul having made Champions League visits there with Manchester United, feels England have what it takes to come away with all three points.
"Turkey will be a different kettle of fish to when we played in Slovakia and Macedonia in that if we are sloppy in any way they will punish us.
"They've got that ruthless streak about them but I still think we've got enough about us to go to Turkey to do well.
"It is all set up for the game everyone wants. Everyone is saying about dreading it but this is going to be the most exciting game for ages.
"I played in Galatasaray about 10 years ago with Manchester United and I can assure you that this game next month will have the best atmosphere any of the lads will have played in.
"It will be incredible and what an incredible carrot at the end of it, to qualify for the a major championship. It is a great incentive for us and something to look forward to."
