Paul Fairclough's team knew that a victory, or a clean sheet, would be enough to secure the title and they achieved both to finish the competition with three wins and no goals conceded.
After a 1-0 victory over Giraltar on Tuesday evening and then the same scoreline against Scotland on Thursday, the Three Lions were focused on what they needed to do.
A penalty from Andy Burgess in the first half set the Three Lions on their way before Michael Morrison added a second goal before the break.
Shaun Harrad sealed the victory with a third goal in the 65th minute.
The squad will now travel to the Caribbean, where they will face friendly games against Barbados and Grenada.
Meanwhile, York City's Martyn Woolford has been called into the England C team for the two fixtures against Grenada and Barbados next week. Woolford replaces Exeter City's Dean Moxey who fractured a foot in the team's 1-0 victory over Scotland on Thursday.
