The draw for the Elite Round of the European U19 Championship was conducted at UEFA Headquarters in Switzerland on Thursday morning.

England U19s Head Coach Brian Eastick was present in Nyon for the draw, which sees seven groups of four teams made up of the seven winners of each group then progressing to next summer's Final stage in Ukraine in July and August.

The Young Lions were drawn out to face Scotland, Slovakia and Bosnia-Herzegovina in Group 6, with former England U19 captain Jack Cork (left) making the draw after winning the U19 Fair Play Award last season.

With the games to take place in the spring and completed by the end of May, Eastick revealed to TheFA.com recently that England would be hoping to try and host the Elite Round games in order to enjoy home advantage.

Eastick's team progressed through the First Qualifying Round in Northern Ireland in October, where wins against the hosts and Albania saw them progress along with group winners Serbia.

Looking at the other groups in the draw, there is sure to be a lot of competition in Group 7, as holders Germany have been drawn out with Spain, Czech Republic and Estonia.
