John Peacock has named his 18-man squad for The FA International U17 Tournament which gets underway on 26 August.

England will face Portugal, Italy and Turkey in the annual four-team tournament which, this year, is being staged at Meadow Lane, the Pirelli Stadium and Sixfields.

Peacock will use this tournament as preparation for England’s European U17 Championship qualifying campaign in Azerbaijan and he has called upon the services of four players who featured in last season’s European U17 Finals.

Benik Afobe, Louis Laing, Sam Johnstone and Luke Garbutt all travelled to Germany in May, with the latter scoring England’s equaliser against Holland in the group stage.

Seven players were part of England’s successful Nordic Tournament campaign at the beginning of the month and Peacock will be hoping they maintain their winning start to the season.
