England manager Fabio Capello admitted he was impressed by Theo Walcott's first competitive start in and England shirt as the Arsenal forward helped his country to a 2-0 win over Andorra.
The hosts made life exceptionally difficult for their illustrious opponents, but the 19-year-old often looked his side's most dangerous weapon with several searing runs down the right wing.
Afterwards Capello said: "In the first half we played well for the first 20 minutes. Walcott had some fantastic moments.
"For this game it was better that I pick Walcott. He is an interesting player who is dangerous and extremely fast. He had a good game and now I have a few days to decide the team to play against Croatia."
