The England squad trained this afternoon after returning from Ukraine last night.
The players involved in the match on Saturday completed a recovery session separately.
Steven Gerrard was assessed by the medical staff and will remain with the squad, but following a scan on his calf Wayne Rooney has returned to Manchester United.
