England U19s took a step closer to next year's European Championship Finals with a victory over hosts Slovenia which secured a place in the Elite Qualifying Round on Sunday afternoon.
Noel Blake's team had already won their first group game against Finland on Friday, so this follow-up victory means they qualify for the next stage with a game in hand.
Newcastle United striker Ryan Donaldson got things underway with a goal shortly before half time and Chelsea's Jacob Mellis got the second in the 63rd minute.
The victory was complete when substitute Roarie Deacon notched from the penalty spot just over ten minutes from time to see England head to the next stage of this season's competition.
England will be in action next when they take on Slovakia on Wednesday afternoon.
