Twelve new players for England C team

Paul Fairclough has named his squad to face Hungary on 15 September.

England C Manager, Paul Fairclough, has announced his 16-man squad for the forthcoming fixture against Hungary on Tuesday 15 September.

The squad contains 12 new call-ups as Fairclough begins the process of rebuilding the U23 squad in preparation for the forthcoming International Challenge Trophy qualifiers which begin in the Autumn.

Fairclough said: "This is an ideal opportunity for players to stake a claim before the qualifying games begin.

"There are other players still eligible that we are aware of but it is important to look at others to see how the adapt to international football and the rigours that go with it."
