The group stage of the competition is currently in full swing and Aston Villa, Charlton Athletic, Portsmouth, West Ham and Coventry have already booked themselves a spot in the quarter-finals. “We are delighted that Northampton Town have agreed to hold this season’s League Cup Final,” said Thura KT Win, Chairman of The FA Women’s Premier League. “They have staged a number of FA matches in the past and we know they will prove excellent hosts once again.” Northampton Town Chairman David Cardoza said: “We are delighted to have been chosen to host The FA Women’s Premier League Cup Final. “We have staged a number of games for The FA over the last few years, and now to be chosen to host such a prestigious domestic final is a big boost to the club.
