Last season's losing finalists Leeds Carnegie continued their bid to reach their third final in four years as they comfortably overcame Aston Villa at the Fifth Round stage.
Carla Cantrell cut in from the left and struck a low shot into the near post with her right foot, opening the scoring after a dominant opening quarter of an hour for Leeds.
Aston Villa came back into the game after the break and were always threatening from set pieces as Leeds struggled to maintain the high tempo of their start to the match.
Leeds put the result beyond doubt as Katie Holtham rose highest at the far post to head the ball across goal and Jess Clarke was in the right place at the right time to make it 2-0.
Within 60 seconds Leeds were three goals to the good as Clarke turned provider, hitting a low cross that Cantrell drove home for her second goal of the game.
Leeds manager Rick Passmoor said: "I'm delighted that we're through to the next round because the pitch was a leveller, Villa gave it everything and to win 3-0, I'm delighted.
"We've got a little bit of the backbone back in the squad now, so we're looking to pick up a few points in the league and enjoy a good Cup run."
Arsenal and Everton's were among the other sides that won through to the quarter finals of The FA Women's Cup on Sunday.
A number of games were postponed but the two big guns both secured impressive 4-0 away victories at Middlesbrough and Manchester City respectively.
Elsewhere, a long trip north proved to be in vain for Barnet's Ladies as they were soundly beaten 5-0 by Sunderland.
Ooh Lincoln Ladies were superb as they won 3-1 at home to Nottingham Forest as the women proved that the magic of The FA Cup is not limited to the men's game.
